Salaried employee – Interviews

If you apply for a salaried employee position at BIRN, you may be invited to a personal interview. If, based on this interview, we agree that you are just right for the position, you may be invited to a second interview. Before this interview, you will be asked to take Garuda’s personality test and possibly prepare a minor job-related assignment.

Production employee – Interview

If you are applying for a position as a production employee at BIRN, you may be invited to a personal interview, where we together fill in a form that provides more information about you and your qualifications as well as other practical details. Based on the interview and the completed form as well as a subsequent tour of your new workplace, we will decide together whether you are our future colleague.

Onboarding and training

We ensure that you get off to a good start as a new employee. If you are to work in our production, we ensure that you get competent and thorough peer training. If you are to work as a salaried employee, you will receive an onboarding plan for the first period in your new job. Here, there will be scheduled meetings and visits to our various departments.
